We are a popular Scout Group and although we work hard to recruit a great leader team we don’t always have enough leaders to run enough sections to guarantee a place to everyone who wants to join.  So we need to have some fair policies to allocate scarce places.  The document is attached.  The best way to solve the problem is to get more leaders joining, and if you volunteer to join the team you are at the front of the queue for places in Beaver, Scouts, Cubs and Explorers
